Bob
is an internationally experienced leadership coach and consultant, with a
successful 30-year track record in leadership, people motivation and project
delivery. He is the creator of the Forton Leadership Coaching model, the first
worldwide to be accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
Bob is also a non-executive director for Engage for Success, promoting employee engagement as a better way to work that benefits individuals, teams, & whole organisations.
Bob’s knowledge is built from many years working in large corporates at a senior level, leading teams of up to 400 people, multi-million-pound projects and coaching board-level leaders worldwide. His corporate leadership roles include Programme Manager in IT, talent management, coaching, employee engagement, and leadership.
Bob coaches leaders - from graduates to the C-Suite - who have the desire to learn and grow, to be challenged to deliver, and to improve as they do so. He has had particular success working with high potential leaders and those making the transition from their professional/technical discipline into leadership. He is adept at coaching teams, to discover their purpose and vision, and to collaborate more effectively to deliver. Bob is one of the first people to be granted the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching accreditation by the International Coaching Federation.
Bob trains, supervises, and assesses coaches to professional levels, including for other coaching schools and for the International Coaching Federation.
