Cynthia is the Regional Director for North America & Virtual Programs for Forton Coaching, a part of the Inspirational Group, with over 30 years of international business experience.

Following her 20-year career as a leader for customer sales and service teams within customer-focused organizations, Cynthia chose coaching as the focus of her second career. Cynthia has a passion for working with leaders and coaches who want to develop their organization and increase performance.

A born dreamer, disrupter, and storyteller with tell it straight as a shot of tequila Texas charm, Cat Williford is a pioneer in the field of coaching and coach training, dedicating the last thirty years to expanding the profession’s potential. She blends a passion for consciousness expansion and equality with a theatrical background, expertise in communication, archetypes, and storytelling complemented by her vulnerability and ready humor as a coach, trainer, author, and keynote speaker.

Currently Cat is Senior Faculty with The Co-Active Training Institute (formerly Coaches Training Institute) as well as with Forton Coaching. She offers women’s leadership retreats and coaching groups. Her book, The Ovarian Chronicles, is an intimate look at the phases of women’s lives, health and the choices they make.

A dedicated explorer, Pamela has an eclectic background, having lived, studied and worked in multiple environments & disciplines. Passionate about expanding into unknown territories her insatiable curiosity has led her to engage in an exploration of culture, community and compassion throughout the world.

The last 30 years have found Pamela dedicating her energies to coaching. Her multifaceted expertise, coupled with her deeply human approach, positions her as a transformative leader and coach. As a highly experienced, trainer, mentor and executive coach, her approach is characterized by a unique blend of pragmatism, intuition, compassion, and humor. Her work emphasizes the interconnectedness of personal well-being, purposeful contribution, and meaningful connections, empowering others to embrace a vision of inspired living and achieve sustainable growth.

I have over 40 years of accumulated experience in Coaching, Coach Mentoring, Training, Marketing and leading people, projects and teams.

Anna Eder is a PCC, Certified Mentor Supervisor, and Certified Executive Organizational Culture Coach who loves helping people discover ways to apply their exceptional talents. Anna brings a warm, strengths-based approach to every engagement—balancing strategic clarity with genuine care .

With over 25 years of experience developing leaders and building learning and coaching programs, she brings a heart for people and a clear-eyed approach to supporting coaches on their journey. Anna designs and delivers ICF-accredited education programs, mentors internal and independent coaches, and guides organizations in creating coaching cultures that last. Anna offers executive leadership coaching, coach training and organizational coaching grounded in connection, curiosity, and care and she’s honored to walk alongside fellow coaches as part of The Leaders & Coaches Collective faculty.

Bob is an internationally experienced leadership coach and consultant, with a successful 30-year track record in leadership, people motivation and project delivery. He is the creator of the Forton Leadership Coaching model, the first worldwide to be accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
Bob is also a non-executive director for Engage for Success, promoting employee engagement as a better way to work that benefits individuals, teams, & whole organisations.

Bob coaches leaders - from graduates to the C-Suite - who have the desire to learn and grow, to be challenged to deliver, and to improve as they do so. He has had particular success working with high potential leaders and those making the transition from their professional/technical discipline into leadership. He is adept at coaching teams, to discover their purpose and vision, and to collaborate more effectively to deliver.
