Cat distinguished herself early in her coaching by combining her gifts of strategy, imagination, humor, politics, heart and confidence-producing coaching. She became known as THE coach for Women Executives.

Combining an artistic theatrical background with business savvy, Cat works with clients ranging from corporate executives to artists and musicians.

As a speaker and trainer, Cat delivers pertinent information for these changing times with humour, skill and irreverence for “normal”. She is at home in front of any group and evokes a sense of inclusion and oneness.

She has appeared as a guest expert on The Maury Povich Show, been featured in the Los Angeles Times Valley section, and coached live on L.A.’s ABC Talk Radio. Sought internationally as the ‘goddess wisdom coach’ Cat works with women executives and entrepreneurs in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Australia and the U.S. Her clients report the coaching relationship produces clear calm thinking, which allows for visionary planning, resulting in strategic action.

Cat’s love of mythology and learning led Cat to develop The Modern Goddess – a series of workshops and retreats for women executives yearning to “lead like a woman!”
Cat served on the Board of Directors of the former PPCA (Professional & Personal Coaches Association) before it merged with the ICF. She was one of the pioneering coaches who insisted the ICF institute a consequential Code of Ethics for the profession.
